Donald (1791-1880) was the son of John Maciver of Vatisker.
He married Isabella Macdonald of 17 Old Coll. Donald and Isabella had a daughter, Jane.
Donald was widowed and later married Catherine Macrae of Gress. In 1828 the couple obtained 28 Old Coll. Donald and Catherine had six children. In 1851, during the croft re-lotting, the family obtained 41 Coll.
