William (1806-1869) was the son of Kenneth Macleod and Catherine Maciver of Tong. He obtained 25 Vatisker.
In 1828, he married Christina Macleod of 14 Aird Tong. William and Christina settled at 25 Vatisker and they had eight children.
William died of Pneumonia.
