Murdo (1861-1913) was the son of Angus Macdonald and Ann Maciver of 25 Coll.

In 1884 he married Isabella Maclean of 13 Coll. Murdo and Isabella were cottars at 13 Coll and they had four children.

Murdo was widowed in 1896 and in 1898 he married Mary Stewart, 24 Coll. Murdo and Mary lived at 24 Coll and they had two children.
