Mary (1926-1986) was the daughter of Murdo Macleod and Mary Macdonald , 28 Cromore.
She served in the Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF) during the Second World War and is mentioned in Roll of Honour: Pairc, Second World War.
She was Head Teacher at Cromore School and Pairc School, Gravir and lived at 28 Cromore with her brother. She was a spinster and took early retirement but took ill shortly afterwards. Mary died aged 59.
