Angus (1830-1899) was the son of Norman Macdonald and Margaret Macdonald, North Bragar. His father died in 1845 and his mother married Murdo Maclean, 28 North Bragar.
At Barvas, in 1870, he married Catherine Smith, 6-7 North Bragar. Angus and Catherine lived at 28 North Bragar and they had six children.
