15884: John Mackenzie
John (1843-1911) was the son of Allan Mackenzie and Margaret Macdonald, 39 Old Leurbost. His father died in 1845 and his mother later moved the family to 19 Leurbost.
John married Isabella Mackay of 9 Achmore. The couple settled at 19 Leurbost, where they had six children.
John was widowed in 1883 and in 1884 married Catherine Maciver, 41 North Tolsta. John and Catherine lived at 19 Leurbost and they had no children.
