Alasdair Mhurchaidh Alasdair
Alexander (1887-1915) son of Murdo Montgomery and Ann Macaskill, 6 Sheshader, Point.
In 1913 he married Mary Macleod, 27 Laxay. Alexander and Mary lived at 27 Laxay and they had two children.
Alexander was a Sergeant in the 2nd Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders during the First World War. He was killed in action during the Battle of St Julien in Belgium.
