Caitrìona Chaluim Mhurchaidh

Catherine (1852-1897) was a daughter of Malcolm Macdonald and Anne Macleod, 9 Kershader.

At Laxay, in 1882, she married John Macaulay of 30 Balallan. Catherine and John were cottars  at 30 Balallan and they had three children.

Catherine was widowed in 1890.
