43354: John Mackay
John (died 1839) was a son of Angus Mackay and Catherine Mackenzie, Kenmore.
He was residing in Rhenigidale, Harris in 1825 when he married Marion Ferguson, Garrabost, Point. John and Marion had five children.
John was a shepherd and It is thought that the family lived in Aline, Kenmore and Kintarvie before moving to Balallan.
