Ann (born1832) was the daughter of Alexander Macdonald and Marion Macdonald, 10 Tolsta Chaolais. Her father was the teacher at Tolsta Chaolais and the family lived at the Schoolhouse.
She married Duncan Macaskill, 4 Old Kirvick, Carloway. Ann and Duncan lived at 5 Kirvig and they had eleven children.
