Murchadh Iain

Murdo (1882-1917) son of John Maclean and Mary Macleod, 21 Garenin.

In Carloway, in 1908, he married to Christina Matheson, 29 Upper Carloway. Murdo and Christina settled at 14 Kirvick and they had three children.

Murdo died as a result of an accident on board ship at Simonstown, South Africa, on June 3, 1917 and is buried there.
