Anna Dhomhnaill

Ann  (born 1846) was a daughter of Donald Mackay and Christina Mackay from 4 Shulishader. Her parents were from Kirkibost.

She married Benjamin Macmillan,12 Shulishader, Point. The couple lived at 12 Shulishader where they raised their family.

Ann was widowed in 1888 and and she and her five younger children moved to 10 Scotland Street, Stornoway as a Housekeeper. She later became Lodging Housekeeper at 30 Church Street.

Ann died at 4 New Street aged 79.
