Mary (born 1871) was the eldest child of Donald Shaw and Catherine Morrison of 13 Ruisgarry (Sunhill). She became a weaver.

At Greenock, in 1908, she married Robert MacAulay from 14 Strond, Isle of Harris. They made their home at 7 Rodel, and had at least one child, a daughter, Christina.
