91928: Jessie Smith
Jessie (1914-1998) was the daughter of Murdo Smith and Jessie Maciver. The family were cottars at 24b North Tolsta.
Jessie married widower John Murray, of 21b North Tolsta, and settled with him there. The couple had three children: two girls and a boy.
Jessie’s husband inherited 21b North Tolsta and purchased 21a North Tolsta, enabling the re-combining of 21 North Tolsta. In due course 21 North Tolsta passed to their youngest daughter.
