Margaret (1830-1875) was the daughter of Donald Mackay and Christina Macleod, of 2 Old South Tolsta.
In 1851, during the croft relottings, the family obtained 42 North Tolsta. It is not certain if Margaret was still living in the parental home at this time.
Margaret never married.
