Iain Dhomhnaill Alasdair Iain

John (born 1899) was the son of Donald Maclennan and Ann Thomson, cottars at 60 North Tolsta. His father died in 1900. At some point the family settled at Pairc Dhannaidh, 1 Hill Street, North Tolsta. His mother later married John Graham of 41 Back.

He married Mary Macleod of 12 Cromore. The couple settled in Coll and later moved to Stornoway.
