Norman (1930-1999) was the son of Murdo Maciver and Gormelia Morrison of Ben Tarbert View, North Tolsta.
He married a woman from Glasgow and settled with her at Ben Tarbert View, North Tolsta. The couple had two children together: one boy and one girl.
His mother died in 1964 and in 1978 his father died; at that point, or earlier, Ben Tarbert View passed to him.
Norman’s second marriage, in 1977, was to a woman from North Tolsta. The couple settled at Ben Tarbert View, North Tolsta and had two children: both girls.
