Norman (1788-1864) was a son of Angus Maciver and Catherine Morrison, Tolsta.
In 1814 he married Margaret Maciver from Tolsta. Norman and Margaret lived at Old South Tolsta Tack and in 1820 they moved to 3 Aird, Point. The couple had eight children.
