95404: Annabella Macleod
Annabella (born 1828) was the daughter of George Macleod and Mary Murray of 3 Old Glen Tolsta.
In 1842, when Old Glen Tolsta was cleared, the family obtained 31 Old South Tolsta.
Annabella’s father died around 1845.
In 1850 her mother obtained 17 Tong and the family settled there.
Annabella married Alexander Finlayson, of 12 Aird Tong, and the couple settled at 27 Aird Tong. The had at least one child. In 1904 27 Aird Tong passed to their son, Kenneth. Their grand-daughter was the District Nurse in North Tolsta in the 1950 /1960s.
