1579: Christina Nicolson

Christina (1822-1903) was a daughter of Donald Nicolson and Ann Mackenzie, 10 Old Eishken. The family left Eishken in the 1820s and settled at 5 Old Gravir.
In Lochs, in 1841, she married Donald Macphail, 9 Old Gravir. Christina and Donald were Cottars at 9 Old Gravir where they had nine of their eleven children. In the 1852 Lotting the family obtained 19 Gravir.
Christina was widowed in 1899.
