Mary Macdonald (born 1831) lived at 9 Lower Sandwick.

She married widower John Campbell, in 1852, and gained a step daughter, Annabella, from the marriage. It is not clear where they initially settled or where their first child was born.

In 1855 they obtained 14 Back and had a further four children there.
