Mary (1851-1903) was the daughter of Norman Macinnes and Catherine Morrison of 5 Glen Tolsta.
In 1853 the family lost the croft and became cottars in Glen Tolsta.
In 1858 the family obtained 5a Glen Tolsta.
In 1869 the family lost the croft and settled as cottars in Tolsta.
In 1874 her parents obtained 76 North Tolsta as a newly lotted croft, but lost this in 1878 and moved to Stornoway. It is not certain she was still living in the parental home at the time of these moves.
