54 North Tolsta was a newly lotted croft in 1854, but had  occupied from 1851. The first tenant was John Campbell from 21 Old North Tolsta and in due course 54 North Tolsta passed to his son, John.

John Campbell passed the croft to his eldest son, John.

John Campbell passed 54 North Tolsta to his son, Kenneth.

Kenneth Campbell passed 54 North Tolsta to his youngest daughter.
