On the death of widow Catherine Macgregor (1800-1866), croft 10/11 Kirvick was split between her son in law Angus Paterson, 10 Kirvick and her son Donald who took 11 Kirvick.  Angus, who was married to Mary Paterson had no family and the croft passed to his brother-in-law Donald who had been given split croft 11 Kirvick.
