110065: Angus Ferguson

Aonghas Iain Aonghais

Angus (1834-1893) was the son of John Ferguson and Isabella Morrison of 17 Old Back. In 1858, during the croft re-lotting, his family obtained 22 Back.

He married Ann Martin of 59 Back. The couple settled at 22 Back and they had five children, all daughters.

In 1875 his father died and 22 Back was split.  Angus inherited the section known as 22 Back.
