Anna Thormoid Dhomhnaill

Ann (born 1838) was the daughter of Norman Martin and Marion Morrison. In 1858 the family obtained 59 Back as a newly lotted croft.

Ann married Angus Ferguson of 22 Back. The couple settled at 22 Back and they had five children, all daughters.

In 1875 her father-in-law died and 22 Back was split, with the family obtaining the section known as 22 Back.
