Marion (1836-1905) was a daughter of John MacLeod and Ann MacKinnon of Old Ruisgarry. When Ruisgarry was re-organised in 1845, the family were moved to 6 Kyles Scalpay.
In Harris, in 1860, Marion married Roderick Ross of 11 Geocrab. The couple settled at 11 Geocrab and they had eight children.
