Kenneth (1806-c1851) was the son of William Mackenzie and Ann Macleod. By 1833 the family were living at 4 Old Back.

He married Margaret Stewart of 18 Old Back. In 1835 the couple obtained 35 Old Back as a newly lotted croft and they had six children.

Kenneth died while his children were young.
