Murchadh Uilleim

Murdo (1808-1897) was the son of William Mackenzie and Ann Macleod. By 1833 the family were living at 4 Old Back with the croft taken in Murdo's name.

He married Eliza Morrison of Melbost. Murdo and Eliza lived at 4 Old Back and they had seven children.

Murdo was widowed in 1865 and in 1868 the family obtained 62 Back.
