92068: Mary Mackenzie
Mary (1842-1926) was the daughter of Murdo Mackenzie and Eliza Morrison of 4 Old Back.
In 1858 the family obtained 62 Back and settled there. Her cousin Annabella Mackenzie lived there as a cottar and both of them went on to marry in Tolsta.
Mary married Angus Smith of 47 North Tolsta, a widower with two children, Jessie and Donald. The couple had no children together.
On Wednesday the 16th of March 1921 the roof was blown off the house during hurricane force winds.
