Janet Murray (died c1840) has an association with 2 Steinish, but it is not certain if she ever lived there herself.

She married Kenneth Maciver, of 13 Old Coll, and the couple settled as cottars at 13 Old Coll and had two children.

After her death her widower remarried and had a daughter, after his death his widow remarried and settled at 17/ 18 North Tolsta. It is not clear if either of her sons settled there with her.
