115702: Kenneth Maciver

Kenneth (1838-1899) was the son of Kenneth Maciver and Janet Murray; the family were cottars at 13 Old Coll. His mother died c1840 and his father married Christina Stewart, 22 Old Coll. 
Kenneth's father died  c1845. His step mother remarried. In 1851 his paternal grandparents obtained 32 Coll.

He married Ann Macleod, of 43 Coll, and the couple settled as cottars at 43 Coll. In 1875 the family obtained 61 Coll as a newly lotted croft. Kenneth and Ann had nine children.
