Kenneth (1786-1863) was the son of Murdo Morrison and Isabella Maciver. In 1814, in Tarbert, Kenneth's daughter, Marion, was born to Christina Macleod. The couple did not marry.

In 1815 he married Margaret Macleod. In 1825 the couple obtained 31 Old Back. Kenneth and Margaret had four children. In 1858 the family obtained 35 Back.
