Donald Martin (1781-1845) was possibly a son of Norman Martin. At some point Donald was living in Uig and left there to work as a shepherd in Gress Tack.
He married Margaret Macfarlane c1810. The couple had seven children and by 1833 were living at 30 Old Back.
