Iain Aonghais Iain

John (1890-1973) was a son of Angus Smith and Margaret Maclean, Canada. The family returned to Lewis when he was seven and settled at 20 South Bragar.

John emigrated to Canada and married immigrant Mary Ann Macdonald formerly of 9 Kershader. John and Mary Ann settled at Peterborough, Ontario and they had three children.
