Iain Morrison (1928-2023) was born on 5 November 1928,  the son of Donald and Henrietta Morrison of 6 Keose Glebe. He was raised at that address along with his four siblings. Iain spent most of his life at that address and was living there when he married Angusina Maciver on 30 December 1969. They raised their own family of two sons and one daughter at that address. The couple moved to Stornoway in later years. Iain passed away 3 September 1923. 

Iain worked as a weaver and in the local seaweed factory. He was actively involved in the crofting community.
