Catherine (1821-1903) was a daughter of Donald Macleod from Back.

In 1838 she married Angus Morrison, 17 Old Vatisker. Catherine and Angus settled at 21 Old Vatisker where they had four of their five children. In 1850 the family obtained 11 Vatisker.

Catherine was widowed in 1855 the year her son, Angus was born.
