Donald (1825-1896) was a son of Donald Macleod and Henrietta Macleod, 23 Tolsta Chaolais. Carloway. In 1851 the family emigrated to Canada and settled at Huron Township, Bruce County, Ontario.
He married Isabella Macdonald and they had a family.
