15337: Norman Kennedy

Norman  (1916-1937) was a son of Donald Kennedy and Catherine Mackay, 2B Calbost.

On October 30, 1934 he enrolled in the Royal Naval Reserve, Service Number AX17825. His record indicates that he was 5ft 5in tall, with brown hair, grey eyes and a pale complexion. Norman was a fisherman on Stornoway registered fishing boats the Shamrock and the Starlight Rays.

Norman became ill and attended the Royal Infirmary, Glasgow. He died of Nephritis, in Calbost, aged 20.
