Christina (1780-1875) was a daughter of Angus Macritchie and Ann Macleod, 8 Old Carnish.
She married Norman Matheson of 8 Penny Donald. They lived at 11 Old Carnish and they had eight children. In the 1849 re-lotting Norman Matheson was assigned Croft No 10, then in about 1852 the family were removed to 6 Aird Uig.
Christina appears as Catherine Matheson in the 1861 Census, in Aird Uig, living with her husband, her unmarried daughter, Rachel and her son, Calum, with his wife and two children. In 1871 she is a widow, living with her son Alex.
Christina died in Aird aged 95
