1688: William Scott
William Bill (1928-1992) was an engineer working on the construction of the Bernera Bridge. In 1953 he married Annabella Macdonald of 2 Earshader and they lived in Linlithgow where they raised three children. After retirement they settled at 2 Kirkibost.
