Mary (1925-1994) was a daughter of John Macinnes and Marion Kennedy, 8 Gravir. In 1937 the family moved to 10 Glenside, Gravir.
She served with the Navy, Army,and Air Force Institute (NAAAFI) during the Second World War, training at Springburn, Glasgow and then working as a Plate Maker for 3 years in Kelliebank Shipyard in Alloa. She is mentioned in Roll of Honour: Pairc, Second World War.
Mary was a spinster and worked in Stornoway before she retired.
