Alexander (born 1865) was a sons of Malcolm MacLeod and Mary MacLean of Laimrig on the island of Berneray. He was a twin of Norman. His mother died when he was 9 years old. Alexander became a fisherman and married Flora Smith of 16 Balallan. They made their home in Aberdeen.
