Iain Iain Flòraidh
John (born 1893) was a son of John Macdonald and Mary Morrison, 1b Garyvard.
He was a warper at Jimmy Tod's mill and lived in Stornoway. He served in the Seaforth Highlanders in the First World War and was awarded a Mons Star. His name is included in Loyal Lewis: Roll of Honour 1914-1918.
In Lochs, in 1919, he married Helen Macleod, 8 Keose. It is believed they lived in Stornoway.
At Inverness, in 1930, he married Jessie Murray, 14 Upper Bayble. John and Jessie lived in Stornoway.
