Caitrìona Thormoid Chaluim

Catherine (born 1903) was a daughter of Norman Macritchie and Catherine Kerley, Glasgow. Her parents wee from Uig, Isle of Lewis. In 1908 the family returned to Lewis and settled 9 Church Street, Stornoway.

She emigrated to the United States of America, possibly at the same time as her brother Peter. Catherine settled in Detroit with her husband, John Duncan and at least one child.
