Kenneth (born 1842) was the son of Donald Macleod and Catherine Macleod of 38 Old Coll. In 1851, during the croft re-lotting, the family obtained 30 Coll.
Kenneth married Mary Maciver of 28 North Tolsta. Kenneth and Mary settled at 30 Coll an they had eight children.
