John Angus (born 1926) was the son of Donald Maciver and Annie Macdonald of 33 North Tolsta.

At Inverness, in 1959, he married Margaret Ann Beaton of 7 Back. John Angus and Margaret Annle settled at 7 Back and they had three children, one son and two daughters.
