92896: Mary Maciver

Mary (1835-1894) was the daughter of Murdo Maciver and Catherine Macdonald, of 8 Old South Tolsta.

In 1851, during the croft relottings, the family obtained 41 North Tolsta.

Mary married John Gunn, of 43 North Tolsta, and the couple initially became cottars at 41 North Tolsta but later moved: to become cottars at 43 North Tolsta. The year of this move is not known so it is not possible to say where their seven children were born, or even where they lived.

Mary was widowed in 1887.
