Allan (1906-1985) was the son of John Macdonald and Ann Kate Macdonald, of 67a North Tolsta.
Allan married Mary Macgregor, of 6 Shulishader, and the couple settled at 35 Gress. He served as a Leading Seaman in WW2.
In due course 35 Gress passed to Allan.
