93889: John Murray
Iain Aonghais Allein
John (born 1905) was the son of Angus Murray and Joan Macleod. In 1907 his father was discharged from the Seaforth Highlanders Militia Reserves. Sometime before 1915 the family settled at 52 Keith Street, Stornoway. Two of John's half brothers were killed, during the Second Battle of Ypres, in the Spring of 1915.
John marred Ann Macaulay of 10 Swordale and the couple settled in Keith Street, Stornoway.
